Reopening Announcement – Sunday May 24, 2020

The Staff and Deacon Body unanimously agree the time has come to begin reopening the church. The reopening will be in phases. The first phase will be worship only. For those of you who are comfortable and ready to participate in our own campus worship gathering, we invite you to join us this Sunday. To allow for proper physical distancing, we will offer two worship services, one will be at 8:30am and the second at 10:30am. We would like you to feel free to attend the worship service that best fits your situation and schedule, please consider choosing a worship service according to your last name. This will help tremendously in keeping our service numbers balanced. Seating will be limited due to the fact that we are following the current 25% capacity guideline. This maximizes the physical distancing recommendation. For those whose last name begins with the letter A-H, please choose to attend the 8:30am worship service, if possible. Those whose last name begins with the letter (I-Z), please choose to attend the 10:30am worship service.

· Physical distancing guidelines will be followed.

· Cleaning and sanitizing guidelines will be followed.

· Doors will be open approximately 30 minutes prior to the 8:30am service, and 15-20 minutes prior to the 10:30am service.

Those who attend the 10:30am service will sit on the even-numbered rows. Physical distancing guidelines should also be followed by those sitting on the same rows beside other households.

If you or your children are sick, please stay home.

If you feel comfortable, we could use some volunteers to help us this Sunday. I you are willing to serve as a volunteer, please contact the church office (828.495.7250), or our Deacon Chairman, Chip James (828.244.9462).
